Welcome to our Level Up Lab: Industry Intensive — a two day, technique driven training experience for dancers ready to push beyond their comfort zone and elevate their artistry. Designed for committed dancers, this intensive focuses on developing strength, control, musicality and performance quality while sharpening the mindset required for high-level training.

Dancers will train across multiple styles with an emphasis on clean technique, intentional movement and physical conditioning. Classes are structured to challenge dancers physically, mentally, and artistically, encouraging growth through focused drills, thoughtful feedback, and purposeful repetition. Level Up Lab is ideal for dancers preparing for advanced programs, conventions or competitive environments who are ready to train smarter, stronger and with intention.
